Q. What the heck is Web-centric Marketing?
A. Web-centric Marketing refers to a strategy that establishes your company's web site as a 'central switchboard' hub for your entire marketing program.
Rather than just sitting around as an online billboard, your company's site connects and amplifies all of your company's other marketing efforts -- both online and off.
By putting a corporate web site, equipped with email capture capability at the center of your marketing strategy, you will immediately build your customer list and multiply your marketing results, while keeping your budget under control at the same time.

Q. What is a Marketing Management Company?
A. A marketing management company develops, and implements, strategic marketing plans for its client businesses.
Our consultants are supported by the capabilities of our 5 specialized production teams: web site development, video/photography, publishing, seminars, and online retailing (see video).
Result: we provide you with Internet Infomercials, web sites, email marketing, blogging, mobile promotion, social networking, and more - all specifically designed to help you make use of today's technology to make your business a success in any economy.
We do all the difficult, repetitive, time consuming parts FOR YOU.

Q. How does SkyVault save me marketing dollars?
A. We enable you to put your marketing dollars where they'll do the most good - in the campaign itself, instead of adding staff.
OLD WAY: Depending on where you are in the country, hiring a marketing manager could cost you anywhere from $65,000-$95,000 annually - plus benefits, training, and operating expenses.
In addition, your new manager will most likely need someone to manage - someone who actually writes the marketing emails, updates the web site, researches the Internet,
makes the postings, or whatever else the manager doesn't do personally.
You can find yourself spending $8000/month or more before you even start a project!
BETTER WAY: By outsourcing your marketing campaign to SkyVault instead, you'll be accessing technology, experience, and resources that will put you far ahead of your competition,
at a fraction of the cost.
In addition, you get the peace of mind that comes from knowing your web-centric strategy is being handled by experts in the direct marketing, referral marketing, and guerrilla marketing disciplines.
We're real people, in the real world, and we know how to create business for you.

Q. What size businesses do you typically work with?
A. Our typical client is a B2B or B2C company with 50 employees or less. For larger clients, we usually work with a marketing team or division that reports to the corporate hierarchy.
Top
Q. Can you help with sales as well as marketing?
A. Absolutely. We consider sales to be one-third of the marketing process, along with advertising and public relations. A strong marketing campaign is wasted if qualified prospects are attracted by your marketing, but not converted by the sales team.
We can provide specialized training and materials to help your team get the most from the inbound marketing opportunities your web-centric program generates.

Q. How often do we meet?
A. At a minimum, we communicate with most of our clients weekly, by email or by telephone. Some prefer daily communication during the initial implementation phase; others prefer to just turn us loose and not have to worry about their marketing any more. We can decide together exactly how much communication is right for your needs and schedule.

Q. Will you work in my office?
A. It's rarely necessary. Our methods are very different than what most people are used to seeing, so we've found the curiousity factor can quickly cause us to become a distraction - something neither of us really wants or needs.
At SkyVault, we're not paid for activity, we're paid for results. So we make our results easy to keep track of at your convenience, online.

Q. Who manages the marketing initiatives?
A. Once we've agreed on a strategy, we take the headache of implementation off your hands. Our transparent process lets you keep up with developments as they happen, so you can ask questions, address any issues, and head off possible problems before they start taking root.
That way, you can stay focused where you really want to - effectively handling the business opportunities your campaign generates.

Q. Do you write marketing plans?
A. Yes we do. We start with a thorough evaluation of your current marketing, from a web-centric perspective. This helps us identify which gaps you want to fill first. Together, we'll draw up the campaign blueprint during the consulting phase. This blueprint can then be expanded so it becomes the foundation and road map for your entire marketing strategy.

Q. Do you provide individual marketing services?
A. Yes, we can provide services a la carte, in the context of building an overall web-centric marketing strategy. Your success is also our success, so we encourage you to start with as much of the system as you can afford, and build your web-centric empire over time.

Q. How much do your services cost?
A. Each campaign is assembled specifically for your business. You decide during the consultation phase what you want to include - based on your budget and the marketing mix you're currently using.
Of course, you're in control, because the total investment required depends on how much you want to accomplish, and how quickly.
A minimum budget of $500-1000/month is all that's required to start implementing a web-centric, inbound marketing plan for your company.

Q. Do I still manage my marketing budget and expenses?
A. Yes, unless you'd like us to handle it. In that case, once we've agreed on a budget, we work within it in a way that optimizes your
Return On Investment (ROI).

Q. I don’t have a current marketing budget. Can you help me determine one?
A. Absolutely. We'll analyze your goals and opportunities, to help you achieve maximum impact for every marketing dollar you invest.
Top
Q. What types of contracts do you require?
A. Our Marketing Consulting Agreement covers a two-stage process:
The consulting stage includes a complete web-centric marketing evaluation of your current plan. This phase is offered on a fixed fee basis to make sure the collaboration is a mutual fit.
The implementation phase gives you maximum flexibility and testing options throughout the campaign. Campaigns are set up on either a quarterly or annual agreement, and billed quarterly.
Top
Q. Are we buying hours from you like a typical consultant?
A. With SkyVault, you are buying results. Expectations are set and timetables are scheduled during the consultation phase.
Top
Q. How often do we pay you?
A. The consultation phase and first quarter of implementation are payable upon contract signing. You are then invoiced prior to the beginning of each marketing quarter, payable on receipt.
Top
Q. What is the difference between SkyVault and an advertising agency?
A. Advertising agencies charge much higher rates for untrackable results, which is fine if your budget is unlimited. We implement direct marketing strategies, where measureable results are expected for each dollar invested. While we do feature a world class design division, we're primarily focused on your campaign results.
Top
Q. Will you work with existing marketing employees?
A. Yes. Many times, our marketing resources will be more cost effective than your internal staff. However, we also recognize that it sometimes makes sense to use your current in-house resources to execute certain tasks.
In addition, we also welcome the opportunity to provide training for your current staff, so you'll be empowered to fine tune and maintain your new web-centric marketing strategy.
Top
Q. Do you provide social media marketing?
A. Absolutely. Social media by itself isn't a magic pill, but it can play a very important role in driving web traffic and communicating with your customers as part of a web-centric marketing system.
At a minimum, you should plan for an active, interconnected presence on the top four social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. It takes time and effort, but its worth it to have a more loyal and involved customer base you can rely on when you need a bump in sales.
Top
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are based in sunny Tampa Bay, Florida.
Top
Q. What areas do you work in?
A. Thanks to our technology base, we operate worldwide - regardless of client location. Conference calls, email, video conferencing, and other digital communication keep us constantly connected with our clients.
